Thank you for shopping with Ache Vintage! Below is our shipping policy, which outlines how and when your vintage items will be shipped.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times vary by destination:

Domestic Standard (within Australia): Estimated delivery in 2-7 Business days

Domestic Express (within Australia): Estimated delivery in 1-3 Business days

International: Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days
Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you do not receive your tracking number or if it doesn’t update after a few days, feel free to contact us at achevintagee@gmail.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
